We thank you for your purchase with us. We endeavour to make every effort to fulfil the orders that are placed with us according to the timelines and specifications mentioned against the product. However, if due to unavoidable circumstances or because of the merchant's limitations, we are unable to ship the product then the order will be cancelled, and the payment refunded. If the product is delivered but then is cancelled or returned due to a defect, the wrong product being delivered or if only the part of the product is delivered then a refund will be processed.

If you wish to return a product, we will accept it within 7 days of receipt of the package by you. The goods returned must be unopened, with the tags intact, in the same condition you received it and in the original packing.

If a product has not been shipped yet, then you can cancel within 24 hours of making the purchase. Please write to us at our email ID and we will cancel the order for you. The full amount paid will be refunded within 3-4 working days.
